Please continue to pray

I am struggling today. I let go but occasionally I have days when I feel a bit down.

All-in-all I feel good but I am struggling against the thoughts that the enemy tries to throw at me.


Please pray for my marriage (I desperately need pray about this) and that God gives me endurance, strength and continued increasing faith.

Pray that he make me and my wife into people that follow his word and that my whole household will worship God and love one another.

I will pray for you

Martin, I prayed for you in my other thread but I will pray here anyway.

-Lord, Martin is asking for special prayer and I can feel he really needs it from the words he writes. He must really love his wife ands his family to come to you so often about them. When I think of all the men in the world that have families and don't come to you for prayer and for guidance and then I see a man like this, well it just makes me want to show this to you. You know how my own dad was and here is a very special man, with many faults as he has admitted openly and he doesn't give up and continues to fight to keep his faith in you and show you his love for his family.

I pray that you would give him some relief from these burdens, and in a good way, where something good will happen for him and he will smile a big smile inside his heart and mind about having you in his life and know that you are there for him and it will give him a boost of strength and confidence.

I pray that he will hear your voice as you speak to him and he will know what to do, there are so many distractions in our lives Lord and I am asking that you give Martin and myself the help we need to screen the distractions in our lives so we can hear your voice and what it is that you are trying to tell us to do. I pray that you will give us time so that we can hear you speaking to us, that you will understand when there are things that occupy our minds, daily things, our work, etc. from hearing you and you will bring our conscious to bear when we stray too far away because of these things. As men we are constantly under attack and I pray that you would stay close to us and shield us with the armor of your words in our hearts and minds.

Thank you Lord for hearing my prayer and spending the time to consider it.
