Greetings All,
I'm Daryl, 26, live in PA. Been heavily involved in the Bible and getting to know the Lord for a few years now. Came out of years of drug abuse, depression, paranoia, and everything else that comes with the whole "sex, drugs, rock n roll" lifestyle. Still have a few pieces of sin stuck on the sole of my shoe, but I know they'll be walked off before long. I don't attend any church, tried it, didnt agree with whats taught, so I struck out alone (I shouldn't say alone, I had the help of some amazing people along the way, and still do) with the Bible in one hand, a Strongs concordance in the other, and proceeded to work out my own salvation with fear and trembling. To date it's brought me to appreciate the Sabbath and Feast days and forsake traditionally held holy-days, and alot of mainstream teaching.
I work for myself as a Reflexologist, which is a massage/acupressure-type healing art. In my second year of business, and I'm almost completely independant of any other source of income. Looking towards becoming a Master Herbalist so I further help and instruct people in matters of health and healing.
In my off time, I tend to not do much of anything but read, spend time with my wife, or work on my car (for fun and necessity).
I pride myself in being fairly knowledgable about matters of health, religion, and politics, and can come across as too passionate sometimes. I make no qualms about how I feel about government, mainstream churches, and the medical community. Please don't think me disrespectful, for my opinions and convictions, and I'll try to be respectful and understanding about everyones different views. I'm always first to agree to disagree and that seems to suit most everyone I meet.....other than my wife, but hey, what can you do? I hope to make some good friends here, and look forward to meeting all of you.
