Dear Heavenly Father this prayer is for JustMe. JustMe has been struggling lately Father, you know how it is, please help JustMe to continue to seek You in all things. JustMe feels that there hasn't been too much of a change Lord, well we know that when we have You in our hearts that You will change us O God. You will prune the vine to encourage the fruit. Nurture JustMe Father and encourage and guide each day. Fill JustMe with an enthusiasm for You, a will to obey You and a love that will shine to others. Let your will be done in JustMe's life Lord - We ask all these things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. :-)
Some verses re: renewal
2 Cor 5v17 therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation. Old things have passed away behold all things have become new.
Gal 2 v 20 I have been crucified with Christ: it is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Phil1 v 6 Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
2 Cor 4 v 16 Therefore we do not lose heart even though our outward man is perishing yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
Ph 4 v 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Just some verses for you JustMe. There will be a continued change in your heart but a gradual one. We do not completely change over night but God loves us now as we are and His love will be there to nourish you, to encourage you, to guide you and to feed your spirit with everything it needs.

Remember JustMe God loves you!! ;)

wow. i probably don't have near as good advice as Angel , but try to get into the habit reading the bible, any part. Try for a proverbs a day and some of the writings of Paul and such. I just open the bible to a point a random and read. Don't just read the words either. Think about them and meditate on them. Memorizing scripture is lovely too. Bie!

JustMeOh this has been on my heart for days now, its been so strong too. I just saw the Lord watching Muslims, athiest, and others walking right on up to heaven as if they are truly going to go, and then I saw the Lord weep and deny them passage..Then they asked why, he said it is because you did not accept my son, which meaning you did not accept me. And the Lord then stated to me in my mind, that we do not even know of the love that he possess. In Islamic faith the only thing you can really do to get to know god is know the will of god, there is not personal relationship with him because he is too holy.....Now compare our faith and look at all the things in the bible that talk about his love for us. I just have felt that not only is this a generation of prophets, warriors, and ministers but this is also a generation of people who will find the heart of God. This has touched my heart in so many ways....Then I told the Lord that I am not worthy of the duty that he has put upon me and he said by me you are....God has more to show you than just his word..which is soo important..but he also wants to show you who he really is...and once you know who god is you will be able to know his word..just read the bible and think, I mean think of all the suffering that the Lord went through...not only upon the cross but also watching his children walk into the flames. Then just pray that he will bring words, and circumstance upon your life in which you can learn who he truly is....For the Lord will lift you up

Just Me - Everyone who is a believer in Christ has things that they must deal with everyday. Jesus Christ came into my life June 25, 1980, He became my Saviour and Friend. I was favored with a Christian home life, but did not KNOW Him until I was at a low place in my life. Jesus will meet any and all needs if we but ask. He opens doors as He feels we are ready. (Some answers take a bit longer than others) Read His word, as much as possible.
We each set our own priorities and we each need to look for our own timing.
God bless!
Hey, I just wanna say that I know what you're going through, believe me. The thing that helped me, was to listen to the preaching, and just look at my friend and see how much they had grown. That made me think of, what I was doing. You know what I mean? You just need to pray that you'll have the joy to read and pray to OUr Lord.. I just said that I would do it. You gotta make up your mind. The bible says, that we're transformed by the renewing of our minds. Just try to think differently when it comes to reading the bible. I know I did

Well im was saved to young to know if it changed my actions a lot but i know that u need not worry if their are ways u struggle in...Sin is still present in the world even in christians. Just pray to God that he will make ur weaknesses become ur strengths and that he will have his will and way in ur life. Try to read ur bible everyday so that u may draw closer to him, i know its hard to but i know it helps us to know God and understand him better. TTYL, bye and GBU.

Alright Mate?
I've been going through a difficult few weeks, trying to reignite a flame that I've somewhere along the line let dim out. I think that the three mosrt important things are: the word (and lots of it), prayer (all the time- even as you walk the streets) and Christian friends. If ypou work on these three then things should pick up.

:-) My newest look at prayer suggests that I see it as an IV. and the infusion is the Holy Spirit. I must constantly be hooked up to this in order to survive spiritually. I find the closer I get to Christ the greater the battles, the more I need prayer. My sickness is worse as I become aware of the symptoms. Sin is the disease and Christ is my super vaccine. Thank you Lord for the light of my life and the lamp unto my feet.
